HOW IT WORKS
1) A DREAM SESSION
A 2 hour session to hear what your goals, hopes, dreams and prayers are for your church, and for your church musicians
We also set a realistic LAUNCH DAY (anywhere from 3-6 months away) for your musicians to do their first sunday, or for more experienced teams to set new goals and be evaluated.
2) TEAM SELECTION + PLANNING CENTER OPTIMIZATION
Let’s decide together who will be part of your worship team - perhaps you have only one member in mind, perhaps it’s gathering a dozen together (of all different skill levels) - the important thing to remember is ALL AGES + ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME!
We use Planning Center Online to customize the music charts and songs that you’re musicians will use for practice and performance - all organized and easy to use on an app. This is customized based on the songs your church already knows and loves, and songs you hope to include in the future.
3) TRAINING
All sessions are recorded with pro audio gear to send musicians home with practice tracks and demos for these songs
Your churches Rehearsal Room Instructor review goals and progress points monthly with musicians and pastoral staff
BAND SESSIONS - $170 per member for 60 min rehearsals.
INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE LESONS - $170 per student for 30 min sessions.
4) LAUNCH DAY
It’s here - the Sunday morning or Night of Worship we have waited for, prayed for, and worked toward. Let’s go! A great night to film, promote, and celebrate.
A Rehearsal Room Team Member will be present enjoying the service, congratulating the musicians, and taking notes on how to help the musicians grow even more!
5) EVALUATE
A 1 hour coffee and chat with Pastoral Team + Worship Musicians + Rehearsal Room Team to celebrate how far we’ve come, recognize works working, note the areas we can improve, and then decide on the next phase!
Time to add tracks? Time to add members? Revive the song lists? Time to record a single for the church to enjoy?
